MSS Resources for Faculty
The MSS team includes three faculty from the English Language Development (ELD) department. MSS resources for faculty in college programs include:
Collaboration
MSSs work collaboratively with individual discipline faculty to support EAL student success in their classes throughout the term or during curricular development time
Feedback
The MSS team offers materials analysis for assignments, exams, and instructional materials to increase linguistic and cultural accessibility
Workshops and Materials Development
Your school’s MSS can provide responsive course materials and resources for engaging with EAL students on specific topics. We are also developing Faculty Professional Development workshops that are hosted on LibCal. Stay tuned for more updates and resources.
